Meet the Team

Patricia "Pat" Sankey

Broker/Owner


Pat has been involved in some manner of client service across several lines of work.  Following a planned early corporate retirement from I/T at USAA, she built a successful career in residential real estate sales and ultimately founded Select Property Managment Group, LLC to elevate the level of service for residential property management for both owners and tenants.  Pat highly values her team members who each understand & reflect the values of honesty, integrity, loyalty, and a sense of joy in their daily work.  She attributes the company’s success to each team member working to deliver personalized excellence for our client’s needs each day. In her time off Pat enjoys her family, including 4 adult children, 2 bonus daughters  and 9 grandkids as well as gardening, a bit of travel, and community involvement.


Heather Watson

Property/Operations Manager


Heather has been in the property management/real estate industry since 1994 and with Select Property Management group for over 10 years.  Her hope is that we are changing the property management experience into a positive one.  In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her husband, any activity related to  water and spending time with her doggies. 

Jennifer "Jen" Johnson

Maintenance Coordinator


Jen joins Select Property Management Group as the Maintenance Coordinator. Providing support by monitoring the tenant portal for any new work orders received. Jen's attention to detail and follow-up acume  ensures that the process goes smoothly between vendors, property owners and tenants. Jen's primary goal is to provide a high rate of satisfaction to both owners and tenants. Prior to joining this team, Jen was a Quality Manager for 20 years at Citibank.  Her experience has led her to fully believe and understand that customers of any kind are the single most valuable asset of an organization, she is driven by the unrelenting pursuit of the customer experience. Jen grew up in Kokomo, Indiana, lived in Panama for 4 years while her husband was in the Air Force, and planted roots here in San Antonio back in 1998.  In her spare time, Jen likes spending time with family, trying new recipes and working out.  

Chauveye “Chay” DeMore

Assistant Maintenance Coordinator


As a maintenance coordinator, my role is not just about overseeing routine tasks but also about navigating the intricate balance of planning, communicating and scheduling executive operations seamlessly. I have 8 years of property management experience, and I have held multiple roles that all have helped me grow into the current position I am in today! Outside of work, my hobbies are cooking, drawing and spending time with my husband and daughter. I love live jazz, and enjoy watching reruns of Seinfeld and Frasier. I have always enjoyed property management as it allows me to connect with people, and help make their lives a little easier by ensuring their satisfaction with their new homes. I am excited to be a part of this company, and look forward to using my skills to make a positive impact!

Kathy Zuniga

Property Manager


Kathy is a Property Manager with Select Property Management Group. Kathy is very diligent with completing tasks and has excellent communication skills. She always takes initiative which allows her to be effective with time management, meeting goals and exceeding expectations.  She believes that being in contact with people allows her to understand them and help them in the best way possible. When not working, you will most likely find Kathy looking for treasures at Estate Sales and Flea Markets while spending time with her husband, children and dogs.  

Lulu Vargas

Property Manager


Lulu has been in real estate for 17 years.  Her passion for real estate started in 2006 as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser in her hometown, El Paso, TX.  She then moved to San Antonio in 2011, and became a Real Estate Agent and has been a property manager since. From 2012 to 2017, Lulu was part of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and obtained her RMP Designation, Residential Management Professional.  Being a property manager has taught her many things that she now applies when working with owners and tenants. Her goal is to always be ethical, professional and provide exceptional communication with everyone.  Her hobby is to sing and enjoys karaoke nights with her family.  She loves to have fun while spending time with her husband and children. Lulu believes that giving back is fundamental and applies it to her everyday life.

Nichole Sarfati

Portfolio Coordinator


Nichole is a licensed real estate agent and is now known as Select Property Management Groups Portfolio Coordinator. Her hope is to help grow the business, by working alongside her fellow agents, and bringing in clients by giving them quality service and valuable knowledge. Nichole was born and raised in San Antonio. She spends her free time with close family, her two daughters, their boxer pup Trixie and kitty Spooky.
